1. Can I customize the text on my bracelet or jewelry?

Yes! We offer full customization on most of our items, including names, medical details, dates, Braille text, and special messages. You’ll be able to enter your custom text at checkout or contact us directly for help.

2. Do you offer Braille engraving?

Absolutely. Braille engraving is one of our specialties. You can choose to have names, initials, or short phrases engraved in tactile Braille on select products.

3. Do you offer Braille engraving on all items?

Braille engraving is available on selected items, such as bracelets, keychains, and some necklaces. We recommend short names, initials, or simple words due to space limitations. If you're unsure, please message us and we’ll guide you through the best options.

4. Are your medical ID bracelets suitable for children?

Yes, we offer adjustable medical ID bracelets in kid-friendly materials like soft silicone, with fun themes such as dinosaurs, butterflies, sports, and more. They're safe, durable, and designed for daily wear.

5. What materials do you use?

Our products are made using stainless steel, silicone, genuine leather, wood, and high-quality plating finishes. All materials are selected for comfort, durability, and skin safety.

6. How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Each item is handcrafted with care, so the processing time can vary depending on the product. Most items are ready to ship within 2 to 5 business days, but some may take longer. Shipping within New Zealand typically takes up to 7 days or more, depending on your location. We’ll always do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within New Zealand.
If you're located outside NZ and would like to order, yes—we can ship internationally, but you'll need to contact us personally before placing your order. This is to discuss shipping options, costs, and any customs or tax differences based on your location.

8. What if I make a mistake in my customization details?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you’ve made an error. If the item hasn’t gone into production yet, we can usually correct it.

9. Can I request a design that’s not listed?

We love bringing new ideas to life. Feel free to message us with your custom request—we’ll do our best to make it happen.
