Return Policy – Aevora Designs

At Aevora Designs, each item is custom-made to order, designed with care and crafted specifically for you. As such, we maintain a strict no-return policy unless the issue is the result of an error on our part or damage during delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind

Incorrect custom information (e.g. names, dates, messages) provided by the customer

Ordering the wrong item or variation

Accepted Returns

Returns or replacements will only be accepted if:

The item was damaged during shipping

There was a customisation error made by Aevora Designs (e.g. incorrect engraving or wrong item)

To qualify for a return:

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item

You must provide clear photos of the issue

The item must be unused and in original condition
