At Aevora Designs, every item is handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality and meaningful personalization.
Processing Time:
All orders are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing. Complex or custom designs may take additional time. We will inform you if there are any delays.
Shipping & Delivery:
We primarily ship within New Zealand. Delivery usually takes up to 10 - 15 working days after dispatch. International shipping is available upon request—please contact us before ordering to discuss options.
Shipping Costs:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Any free shipping offers may have minimum purchase requirements or other conditions.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Aevora Designs is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately. We will assist you where possible but cannot guarantee replacements.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by their country.
Shipping Address:
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipping.
Order Changes and Cancellations:
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before production begins. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
Delays:
While we strive to deliver on time, delays can occur due to postal services or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate with you promptly if delays happen.
