At Aevora Designs, all products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Due to the unique nature of our handcrafted items, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, incorrect personalization provided by the customer, or dissatisfaction with the design after production.
Exceptions for Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please notify us within 10 - 15 calendar days of receipt. Provide clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
Refunds for shipping costs will not be provided.
Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete personalization details at the time of order. We are not liable for errors in engraving, spelling, or customization that result from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations and Modifications:
Orders can only be modified or cancelled before production begins. Once production starts, no cancellations or changes are allowed.
Limitations:
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages once the item has been shipped.
Any disputes relating to returns or refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Aevora Designs.
